I'm brand new to AMZ FBA and straight hit a very strange wall. I live and want to sell in Germany.. the registration process went very well, I spoke with german associate to proof my identity and got accepted very quickly. But when logged in for the first time, I was asked to choose my marketplace. I could only choose between american, japanesse, mexican, camadian and a few other marketplaces - but nothing from Europe. I contacted with american support and they told me that I should contact AMZ in Germany. I could do this only through a formular, which I send about 3 times in the last week and a half, but received no answer. I haven't even started yet and am already stuck, without any option. I even had an idea to delete my account and try to create a new one but I don't believe that's even an option.. I have no idea what to do.. any ideas? I will very much appreciate every answer or tip..

Did you register on amazon.com?
Have you ever tried amazon.de?

I just checked my browser's history to not to lie and I registered on amazon.de.... 100% but if i try to login there now, again I need to choose marketplace, but there's no Europe at all.. I was trying the same thing on my laptop, tablet and smartphone...

Which is the link you try to open Amazon Sellercentral now?

sellercentral.amazon.de or sellercentral.amazon.com?

Only sellercentral.amazon.de will open the european Amazon account.

Select on the upper right Germany for the Amazon Seller Forum for Germany. There is a section for New Sellers "Hilfe für neue Verkäufer" and this part is moderated by Amazon employees. They are not part of the support team but can connect you with the support.

Thank you so much for the help.. now if I try to log in on amazon.de, there's no german market on the list or it just straight jumps to amazon.com ( it happened a couple of times).
